Equipment
The 1.0 mmI.D. columns are more influenced by dead volume of injector, detector cell and tubing than 2.0mmI.D. columns. Big dead volume causes broading and tailing of a peak. The following data were collected using commercially available micro injector, semi-micro detector cell and 50μm capillary.
