AscleStem® 0.1%-Gelatin Solution

This product is a coating reagent for cell culture dishes prepared from porcine skin gelatin.

Application 1: Adherence rates

After coating a cell culture plate with AscleStem® 0.1%-Gelatin Solution, non-freezed SNL76/7 cells, cryopreserved SNL76/7 cells or MEF (CF1) cells were cultivated, then adherence rates were measured.

Application 2: hiPSCs

After coating a cell culture plate with AscleStem® 0.1%-Gelatin Solution, SNL76/7 cells or MEF(CF1) cells were cultivated, then hiPSCs (253G1) was maintained and colony morphology and undifferentiation was observed with alkaline phosphatase staining.

Application 3: Cardiomyocytes differentiated from hiPSCs

After coating a cell culture plate with AscleStem® 0.1%-Gelatin Solution, cardiomyocytes differentiated from hiPSCs (AscleStem® Cardiomyocytes) were cultivated.
